Stuff You Should Know
- Your items are CUSTOMIZED just for you — we do not keep dyed items in stock.
- Please allow 2 weeks for your custom items to be dyed and shipped.
- Exchanges are same item only, for product defect. No refunds on custom items.
- You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION — please review it and make any necessary corrections for sizes, colors, design, etc.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express, money orders and cashier's checks. We can also accept personal checks, but your items will not be dyed or shipped until your check has cleared (4–5 days after receipt).
- If you need help deciding on color selections, please visit our design pages to see samples of our colors in various combinations, or e-mail us with your color questions. We are not responsible for your final color selections.
How to Place Your Order
Find items in The Goods catalog. Most items in our “Other Cool Stuff” sections have an ADD TO CART button — use these for most payment types. To redeem gift certificates or get any discounts, use the order forms below.
Step 1: Fill Out an Order Form
Complete all info on the Any Items Custom Order Form or the T-Shirts Only Order Form. Check the items you want, fill in your design, color and size choices. Don't forget your coupon or discount code if you have one! Then click SUBMIT.
Step 2: Stop and Wait!
You will receive an e-mail with instructions, shipping costs, etc. We send e-mails at 7 a.m. & 9 p.m. daily.
